We freely offer ingredient lists to all products, however, there is absolutely no way we or any person can know or control every other person's physical allergies. Always test a new product before using it in large quantities and areas.

Refunds or Exchanges:
If a product does not perform properly we will replace it for a similar product of equal value or credit toward next purchase. We can discuss this exchange to ensure you are satisfied with the new product whether it be one of the same item or one of equal value. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We ask that you please contact us prior to requesting an exchange so we can discuss any possible concerns with your product. It could simply need tweeking in the method of use or storage, who knows. However, your satisfaction is the most important concern!

Refunds may be offered at our discretion, but first we try to work with a replacement, due to the nature of our business as we make each product to order (except soap).

Colors:
I make every attempt to follow formulas as closely as possible. Due to the nature of this very small business, certain items such as lipstick, gloss, butter, balms etc may vary slightly in color. If this is something you can't handle please don't purchase these products. I won't make a promise I can't keep! If you think you're ok with it, but get an item and just hate the color, please know I cannot accept a return. Gift it to someone and talk to me about how you and I can fix it. We have options that could include, replacement with newly made item, store credit toward future purchase and if all else fails then a refund.

Product Development:
We work hard to develop quality products. Because we are a small operation items are generally made to order. One of the things we enjoy offering is a limited amount of customization. For instance, you may notice a product contains Avocado oil which is an ingredient you do not like. Let's talk, we might be able to offer an alternative that better suits your needs. Certain customization's may increase the price of an item however.

Cruelty Free: Yes!
Organic: Some products are organic, some aren't. I am working to convert to as many organic ingredients as possible.
Vegan: No. we use Beeswax, Cera Bellina wax, and Goat's milk in several products.
Eco-Cert: No. Now, some things are and some aren't.
​
There is controversy surrounding these "marketing labels" that are meant to induce eco conscious individuals to make purchases even though some of those ingredients are inferior to their synthetic counterparts. For example: Preservatives that are Eco-Cert present more difficulties in long term sustainable production. They can be touchy to work with and volatile, losing efficacy over time or through various formulations and production processes. Whereas, the synthetic preservatives used in very small amounts, remain effective and work every time. Nobody wants to open up their fabulously silky and luxurious night time face cream only to be surprised by a spot of blackish-green colored moldy goop.

Eco-Cert is a label that some companies/products haven't obtained yet, not because they damage the ecosystem, but because of the bureaucracy and money involved.
​We will continue utilizing tried and true synthetic preservatives until a properly trustworthy Eco friendly alternative becomes available!

Shipping: We must charge shipping fees and currently ship throughout the continental United States only. We strive to provide the best rates possible.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Turn around Time: Most items are made to order or in very small batches. We do need to make your product, allow it 24 hours to finish it's processing after creation, package and ship it. We make every attempt to do this as quickly as possible. This could run 5-7 business days up to 14 days. You will be notified when your item is complete and when it's shipped.

Product Stock: We don't keep large amounts of products on hand. Instead, we make many items to order or in very small batches. Likewise, We purchase raw materials in smaller quantities. This ensures that you receive products made from the freshest ingredients possible. Additionally, your products never sit on a shelf from months after production! They will remain fresher longer in your possession. Finally, we might be able to customize some products based on your needs and requests. We can't guarantee this service in all products, nor can we guarantee no fee or price change. We'll do our best to avoid that, but be aware that various materials incur varying prices. Also, production and testing may take a little longer. Some things are certainly worth the wait!

Refusal of Business:
Finally, and the least pleasing thing to us all, we reserve the right to refuse sales for any reason. Really, it's not pleasant and hopefully avoidable, but we will refuse to conduct business with abusive individuals.
